2026 rates
No matter how many guests are in your party (up to a maximum of eight), you will have exclusive access to the entire villa. Our nightly rates are designed to reflect the number of guests, as more visitors mean additional cleaning, laundry, and household management tasks.
Below, you'll find our monthly rate range, with the lower figure applicable for two guests and the higher figure for eight. For a precise quote tailored to the actual number of guests in your party, please feel free to contact us.

January - from 18,000 THB a night (approx. 570 USD) for two guests, to 22,000 THB (approx. 700 USD) for eight.

February - from 17,000 THB (approx. 540 USD) a night for two guests, to 19,000 THB (approx. 600 USD) for eight.

March, April, May, June - from 10,000 THB (approx. 320 USD) for two guests, to 14,000 THB (approx. 450 USD) for eight.

July & August - from 12,000 THB (approx. 380 USD) a night for two guests, to 15,000 THB (approx. 475 USD) for eight.

September, October & November - from 10,000 THB (approx. 320 USD) a night for two guests, to 14,000 BHT (approx. 450 USD) for eight.

December 1-15 - from 16,000 BHT (approx. 500 USD) a night for two guests, to 20,000 BHT (approx. 640 USD) for eight.

December 15-31 - from 17,000 BHT (approx. 540 USD) a night for two guests, to 21,000 BHT (approx. 670 USD) for eight.
Minimum stay: three nights. A ten-percent discount will be applied to stays of seven nights or more.
Price guarantee: Booking direct guarantees you the lowest available rate. Rates quoted on booking platforms will be higher, taking into account their add-on fees and charges.
Electricity charge
In line with standard practice in Thailand, electricity will be charged separately depending on your usage at a rate of 7 THB per kwh (approximately 0.22 USD/kwh). The meter will be read at the start and end of your stay and a charge for the amount used will be payable at check-out.
Security deposit
At check-in on your first day, our villa manager will request you to pay in cash a security deposit of 10,000 THB (approximately 320 USD). It will be refunded at check-out, with electricty costs and the cost of any damages/breakages deducted.
Cleaning
Complimentary cleaning is included in your nightly rate. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and thereafter every second day. Bed linen and towels etc. will be changed every four days.
Breakfast
A complimentary breakfast will be served on the morning after your arrival. If you would like to order breakfast in the villa on subsequent mornings, this will be at an extra change of 400 THB (approx 12 USD) per person, to be paid in cash to the villa manager at check-out.
Chef service
Our chef is available to cook dinner for you and your guests for an extra charge. If you would like this service, please discuss with the villa manager at check-in, who can run through menu options and costs.
