2026 rates
No matter how many guests are in your party (up to a maximum of eight), you will have exclusive access to the entire villa. Our nightly rates range from 12,000 THB (approx. 375 USD) for two guests in low season, to 35,000 THB (approx. 1,100 USD) for eight guests in high season, with discounts for stays of five nights or more.
To check availability and rates for the precise dates of your planned stay, please check our booking page. By booking direct, you'll also be avoiding the add-on booking fees charged by third party booking platforms. Minimum stay: two nights.
Electricity charge
In line with standard practice in Thailand, electricity will be charged separately depending on your usage at a rate of 7 THB per kwh (approximately 0.22 USD/kwh). The meter will be read at the start and end of your stay and a charge for the amount used will be payable at check-out.
Security deposit
At check-in on your first day, our villa manager will request you to pay in cash a security deposit of 10,000 THB (approximately 325 USD). It will be refunded at check-out, with electricty costs and the cost of any damages/breakages deducted.
Cleaning
Complimentary cleaning is included in your nightly rate. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and thereafter every second day. Bed linen and towels etc. will be changed every four days.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available at the villa for an additional charge. Please let our villa manager know at check-in if you have any special requests or dietary requirements. She can share a menu and advise on prices.
Chef service
Our chef is available to cook dinner for you and your guests. If you would like this service, please discuss with the villa manager at check-in, who can run through menu options and costs.
